Green beans

During the season we grow green beans, yellow wax beans and dragon tongue beans. All are used just like green beans for fresh eating. Dragon Tongue is a flat variety that are pale green/yellow with purple streaks. This is a Dutch heirloom variety that we harvest as a fresh snap bean. We hope you like the flavor as much as we do. Green beans should be used within the week.
