Winter squash

We grow several kinds of winter squash including  butternut squash, acorn squash, delicata and kabocha. It keeps for awhile on your kitchen counter. For storage of over 1 month keep at 55 degrees. Green beans

During the season we grow green beans, yellow wax beans and dragon tongue beans. All are used just like green beans for fresh eating. Dragon Tongue is a flat variety that are pale green/yellow with purple streaks.
