Summer harvest is in full swing! Your CSA boxes are loaded and heavy! Enjoy all these tomatoes while they are at their peak, especially the sungolds which won’t be around much longer! Experiment with tomatillos in the kitchen! During the peak summer veggie madness don’t forget about the humble carrot, beet and cabbage! Week 9 box really has it all! This time of year we spend a lot of time harvesting!
